PRICE CHANGES
Clotho Corp. reserves the right to change prices based on manufacturer and market changes without prior written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors throughout our website.
SHIPPING (DOMESTIC ONLY)
Clotho Corp. uses Priority Mail or UPS Ground and are shipped to the final destinations within the Continental U.S. Orders should be received within 3-5 days. Shipping & Handling is $5.95 and you'll get free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any damages or shortages must be reported to Clotho Corp. within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Keep all merchandise including the box and all packing material for Priority Mail or UPS inspection. We will request a claim check on your damaged merchandise. Once they inspect the damaged goods, a claim will be issued and you will receive credit immediately.
RETURNS
If you are at any time unsatisfied with your products, received a damaged products, get the wrong products, or never received your order, please email us at customercare@clothoonline.com with all of the information or call 718.368.9100. Please wait for your authorization form before sending any product back to us. We do not refund shipping and handling costs.
